Who We Are

UnJUNK was built on a simple idea: people deserve hauling services that are honest, on time, and hassle-free. We’re not a distant franchise—we’re your neighbors. Our team shows up with clean trucks, friendly faces, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

Whether we’re clearing out a crowded garage, helping a property manager turn over a rental, or hauling General freight for a local business, we treat every job with the same level of care and professionalism.

A good FAQ section for a junk removal business like Unjunk LLC shouldn't just provide information—it should sell. In 2026, customers are looking for three things: price transparency, eco-friendliness, and safety/trust.

FAQ

🚛 Pricing & Estimates

How do you calculate your prices?

We believe in fair, transparent pricing. Our rates are primarily based on volume—how much space your items take up in our truck. We offer tiered pricing ranging from a "Minimum Load" (single items) to a "Full Truck Load."

Can I get an exact price over the phone?

We can provide a non-binding estimate via phone or text based on your description or photos. However, because weight and "stackability" vary, our team will provide a firm, no-obligation quote in person before any lifting begins.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our quotes include labor, transport, and standard disposal fees. Some specialized items (like tires or refrigerators) may have a small environmental surcharge required by California recycling facilities, but we will always disclose this upfront.

✅ What We Take (and Don't Take)

What items can Unjunk remove?

🌍 Eco-Friendly Disposal

Where does my junk go?

We don't just "dump" your items. Unjunk follows a 3-step process:

  1. Donate: If it’s in good shape, we take it to local California charities.
  2. Recycle: Metals, plastics, and electronics are taken to specialized recycling centers.
